This is a ONE-TIME, NONREFUNDABLE deposit which will be applied toward your first order. If the order is abandoned, the deposit will not be returned. Failure to pay may result in removal and a permanent ban from participating in future live sale events. This deposit system is in place to discourage nonpayers and ensure a smoother, more respectful experience for everyone during our live sales.

Shipping
Processing time depends on the current workload. For items purchased solely from the website allow 1-2 business days to process and 3-5 business days to ship. All packages are shipped via USPS.
When your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number sent directly to your email address.

Returns
All sales are FINAL. I do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless discussed. If an item comes damaged please either file a claim with USPS or reach out to me. When items are shipped, tracking numbers will be automatically sent via your email address provided when ordering.
