Refund policy

All sales are FINAL. I do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. When items are shipped, tracking numbers will be automatically sent via your email address provided when ordering.

Once your package is with USPS I am no longer or in control of what happens during the shipping process.

I cannot offer refunds or store credit for packages marked as "Delivered" or sent to the incorrect address. Again please verify that the address is correct when placing an order.

If there is any delivery issue or lost package please reach out directly to your local post office or file a claim online with USPS. However, if you received an incorrect or damaged item please reach out to us directly for a resolution.
